Seth had his math done last night already; he was finished with school for the day today before 10:30 and took off on his bike to check on the steers and see about helping Josh with tractor driving. After I finished with everyone else’s school, around 12:30, I still hadn’t heard from Seth so I went over to make sure all was well. It was–the steers were where they were supposed to be, and Seth was eating lunch with Vince and Josh. He spent the afternoon working ground for Josh. He was thrilled to come home with some money in his pocket! He also brought four turkey eggs to put under our setting hen; hopefully they’ll hatch. […]
